5. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled booking, service, or class without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Specific Terms for Courses/Classes

1. Single Session: The general cancellation terms apply to single-session courses/classes.

2. Multi-Session Courses:

   • Cancelling the entire course requires 2 days' notice for a full refund or credit.

   • Individual sessions within a course cannot be refunded, but missed sessions may be made up in future courses subject to availability.

Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Exceptions to our policy, including illness or emergencies, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested.

Deposits and Prepayments

For services requiring a deposit or prepayment, the following terms apply:

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited towards future bookings if the cancellation notice meets the 2 days requirement.

• Prepayments for services, bookings, or courses/classes will be refunded according to the refund policy outlined above.
